How It Works!
Step 1: Order your kit! Once your order is placed, expect your kit to arrive in 7 business days.
Step 2: Once we receive confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with a waiver and a link to our virtual support. You will be entered into a “classroom” where you will have access to resources to help you maximize your fast experience.
Step 3: Pick a stretch of 5 days where you can focus on YOU and your fasting experience. It is also recommended that you plan minimal activity that week- no strenuous workouts. Just low impact activity like walking, gentle yoga and stretching.
The Prolon Fasting Mimicking Program is a new concept to many and very unique from “fasts'“ you may have tried before.
Most people are familiar with juice fasting. This is COMPLETELY different.
In a juice fast, you are only consuming liquid fruits and vegetables- which are primarily carbohydrates. There is very little protein and virtually no fat. Because of this macronutrient design, your blood sugar still spikes, muscle breaks down, and you don’t necessarily achieve autophagy. This is a white knuckle experience that feels extreme without real physiological benefit.
